Day 10: That time a stranger cared.

The conversation took place shortly after our dog was euthanized. The Trader Joe’s cashier asked how I was doing, to which I said, “Mmm, okay.”

After a quick chat, she caught up with me outside with a little bouquet of flowers. Then she said 3 little words, “The Joe’s care.”
