6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.(Philippians 4:6,7)
I had conversations about my recent unexpected (see yesterday’s post) news with the “no matter what I’m sticking by your side” peeps in my life. The news shocked them and I believe they were a little sad. There were a lot of whaaaaats, awwwwwwws, and wows. This morning I asked myself how I was feeling about it. I can honestly say, it’s still all good. 😀 Complete peace.
I’m praying for guidance for what I should do next. I have plenty of ideas, but I’d rather get direction from the Lord.
The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you. (Psalm 32:8)
For me, it’s easy to slip into the “I gotta fix it mode”. I’m going to avoid that mode this time. I’ll take His way over my way any day. 😀
Just blogging it out . . . Oh and Happy Friday Night!!
P.S. Continue to pray for our country.
Trusting God is easier said than done. We have to do what Hannah did in 1 Sam 1:18. She prayed and went and ate. She was no longer sad and God answered her prayer. Can’t wait to see God move. I’m loving hard and on purpose.
