Nope, that’s not a typo. I mean exactly what I typed. Just trying to get your attention. LOL I thank God for giving us the ability to think on whatever we choose. No, seriously. What if we were forced to think about the things that pop in our mind. Like, POP, now you’re thinking about the embarrassing moment that left you feeling some kind of way. Or, POP, now you’re thinking about that time you failed miserably. And, POP, now you’re thinking about that naughty thing you used to do when no one was watching. It is the enemy’s pleasure to remind us of things that will steal our joy and replace it with disappointment, anxiety, or any other perversion. Our mind is his battlefield.
2 Corinthians 10:5 says, Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Once we realize a thought isn’t of God, we can choose to not think about it. The above scripture is real (just like the rest of God’s word. :D) We have the power through Jesus Christ to keep our mind focused on Him. Thank Him for FREEDOM OF THINK!! 😀
Just blogging it out . . . Oh and Happy Monday!!! 😀
